Well I’ve been doing cardio and one body part every day, Taking one day off does that seem sufficient

I do chest, triceps and shoulders. Next day biceps and back. next day Legs. So each gets worked every 3 days. No real off days. I also do 30 min of cardio everyday.

Sounds like a great workout plan to me. I do one body part a day and take a day off every third or fourth day in a row, BUT my off day is never really off. I believe in moving the body by either cardio, bike riding, walking, kayaking or any physical activity…
