What app is being used as a food log?
I use Calorie Mama.
I have a Garmin hr, My fitness pal links with it. See all in one place. I do have to put my food in Fitness Pal but can view all calories left for day in Garmin.
MyFitnessPal for me. I’ve tried a couple; this is easiest and has more barcodes in their bank. Also, I turned the carb tracker down to 60 then 30 a week later. Best wishes!
Lose it. It links to your Fitbit and tells you fat carbs protein. How many calories for each meal etc.
