Supplements are the last thing to worry about. Refer to this pyramid and build your nutrition from the ground up and only worry about each level after you’ve cemented the level below it.

That being said, protein powder is nice to have on hand for convenience. Gold Standard Whey will be just fine for that.

Multivitamins (animal Pak works best for me) and protein powder. Maybe creatine, but only if you drink a buttload of water
