I usually make an egg sandwich so I can eat it on the go, what are some healthier ways to make eggs on the go, something I can eat with one hand?
Deviled eggs with fat free sour cream or Greek yogurt, mustard, paprika, and a little hot sauce!
What about using gluten free tortillas and make egg burrito? Or something.
Egg muffins with veggies.
The baked muffin style eggs with veggies… baked and prep them for the week.
