What are some of your gym routines? I have knee issues so low impact is best.

So I’m thinking about getting a gym membership but I have no idea what to do when I’m there! What are some of your gym routines? I have knee issues so low impact is best.

I do weight lifting machines arm curls, crunches etc, bike, treadmill occasional rowing but that hurts my legs to much. Have health issues. Always just do what you can. Even a long slow walk on the treadmill and some arm curls is better than nothing

I use Pinterest for the majority of my work outs! I do however make sure I do arms one day legs the next and try not to do a whole body work out each time!

I had knee surgery 2x try the bike first start little by little and work your way to walking on treadmill or elliptical machine..i do upper body ..you can also do light leg work to strengthen quads which will help with knees
