Cardio and weights, try HIIT. Crunches are better once you’ve lost the fat, they tone your stomach muscles but don’t do much to help you lose fat in that area.

Just doing cardio will lead to fat loss and muscle loss and its not the most optimal way to lose body fat, you cant spot reduce fat loss meaning you cant choose in which area of your body to start fat loss, unfortunately the belly or the midsection is the last place in which fat reduction usually starts. cardio does have its place in a fat loss plan, however many people go over board with cardio which leads to fat loss and also muscle loss and also leads to metabolic damage.
One of the most important thing is eat at a caloric deficit and do some resistance training, This way you’ll notice it speeds up the process with out leading to metabolic damage and retaining your strength and muscle

Hey, as far as loosing “belly fat” goes you can’t really, you need to lose it everywhere else first.
