What are the pros and cons of 168 hours of not drinking water? (Aka non-water fasting )
Water is essential. That’s like asking if you should have a breathing fast. Don’t do it.
You at least drink some form of liquid, right?
Still, water is important, and it’s zero-calorie! So why stop drinking it altogether?!
I fast with tide pods. Lol jk but for real that’s an awful idea. Pre contest prep people “gallon load” which helps cut water which sucks a lot and you shouldn’t do it unless you’re stepping on stage.
My 2 cents. Clean diet, consistency, and patience.
