Dry Fasting seems to be the new fad. Seems dangerous to me. Likely to hurt yourself while working out by passing out at the wrong time

You at least drink some form of liquid, right?
Still, water is important, and it’s zero-calorie! So why stop drinking it altogether?!

I fast with tide pods. Lol jk but for real that’s an awful idea. Pre contest prep people “gallon load” which helps cut water which sucks a lot and you shouldn’t do it unless you’re stepping on stage.
