Gatorade is literally just water with some electrolytes and sugar. You can supplement your own magnesium, potassium, and sodium with water. Also, if you are 100% no longer sick, just make yourself get back at it. Our bodies lie to us sometimes to try and get us to be lazy; make it do what you want.
