What are your favorite weight loss meals. I need ideas as far as breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snack etc! I need to lose about 80 lbs. I’m saddened that I’ve let myself go like that

I wouldnt really say there are weight loss meals . You just need to be in a caloric deficit .

No such thing as weight loss meals. Only clean eating habits, you need to watch and count your macros. Google Ryan Engel Macro guide and watch the video. As far as food types, boneless skinless chicken breast, ground lean turkey, fish, lots of green veggies, and loads of water. Cut out juices, sodas, ect.
