What are your thoughts on this ‘water fast’ 7-day challenge? Has anyone tried? Any recommendations/apprehensions?
You need food and if you are working out and chugging water you can create electrolyte imbalances that can cause heart problems. Like cardiac arrhythmia.
I’ve done 24/ 48/72 hour fasts, with working out. Yes it works but I would start in small doses. And like everyone says stay hydrated. And eat a light meal post-fast like chicken salad.
You can burn 500 more calories than you eat and you will lose a pound every 7 Days.
