What can I drink to substitute the sugary tea and should i reduce my exercise time?cause i think maybe i burn more than i should especially when i breastfeed.
Xylitol is a healthy replacement and tastes just like sugar
Remember your body needs 7-9 tea spoons of sugar a day. Whether from fruits, sugar itself, etc. One cup of tea a day is very safe.
Did u do fruits Diet or u skip ur carbohydrate which is your power house ,please start eat ur carbohydrate and hit the gym where hiit is taking place and circuit training
first try to reduce the sugar spoons u normally take i.e if u currently take 3 reduce to 2 until such a time u totally don’t use sugar.
