Hi guys. I’m a new vegan and I’m also trying to shred as I joined a body transformation challenge. I also got the meal plan from conscious muscle and need help. In my meal plan there isn’t something specific for breakfast, what can I have for breakfast without affecting my 1,624 cals a day plan. What are the options?

On my meal plan it says a serving of oatmeal and fruit or a protein shake blended with fruit and greens

Mine as well but it says for pre workout and post workout – doesn’t say breakfast

You can still eat your oats for breakfast from my understating, what’s important is having your shake after your workout.
