I make coconut milk using the whole coconut. (Open a fresh coconut and remove meat) process in Vitamix with enough water to create consistency of milk. I believe this is compliant as it’s the whole food. Keep in mind it is mostly a medium chain saturated fat that is surrounded with controversy. Might wish to save this for a birthday or a very occasional treat if there are health issues. Most likely a very helpful post will rebut my comment with a Dr. Greger video I either haven’t seen or have forgotten about on using the whole coconut flesh in cooking!
