Phew…me too! Def not getting calories in. Focusing on getting protein in. Got half of my morning protein powder down b4 stomach barracaded the entrance. Now, I’m working on a fillet of fish….not going so well, but I’m trying.
Tbh when I’m sick I eat what I want then go back to keto later. I had surgery in Dec and was rehospitalized for a few days last week, so I’ve been just listening to my body and eating what I feel like while I heal.
