Hydrate, stretch, foam roll, stretch, and stretch. I take BCAAs and extra protein too.

Roller over sore muscles after workout and the few days after that, BCAAS if you can’t incorporate more protein into diet because of time restraints, stretch a lot, more water, ice baths help but if you can’t do that ice alone helps the area, sauna if your gym has one, and every so often go get a professional sports massage!

And then I use doterra Deep blue pills. It’s a hollistic essential oil supplement that promotes a healthy inflammatory reaponse. It literally cuts my soreness/recovery time in half!! It’s a lifesaver
