Walk then run/ walk.
Turbo Jam, elliptical and strength training.
Depends how fit you are to where you should start so you don’t hurt yourself

What don’t I do for excercise? I move as many ways as I can. Training for my third Irongirl Syracuse. Zumba. Weight training. Yoga. Move and love your body.

Mon weds and Friday at 515am I spin Saturday I do a back to back spin class
Tues and thurs elliptical at 5am
Monday night i do les mills body combat class at 530pm and personal trainer at 7pm
Thurs night i do les mills bodycombat class and les mills rpm spin class
