What do you do when you hit a wall with weight loss? I’ve lost 10 pounds over the last month, and I can’t seem to get down anymore. I’m eating super healthy (tons of baked/steamed veggies, chicken, and a moderate amount of fruit. No soda, candy, or prepackaged foods. No eating takeout. Only drinking water and herbal tea.) I also workout, a good mix of cardio and weights 6 days a week. I can’t seem to loose anymore weight. And it doesn’t look like I’m losing inches either. I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.

You’re probably overtraining which causes your body to plateau sometimes. Limit your workout sessions to 4-5 days a week. Also do make sure to track your caloric intake and macros. Even if you’re eating healthy. Make sure you’re not going over your allotted limit for weight loss. Besides all that, do keep in mind that the lower your body fat percentage/weight , the harder and longer it takes to lose it.

Try intermittent fasting or cellular cleansing. Also up protein intake, try whey protein before bed as well

Do you track your calories? You’re probably not eating as much as your body needs also your body can go into a plateau once you over exercise a muscle too much. Like for example let’s say you lift weights and worked out your arms on Monday then Tuesday you lift weights and worked on the arms again that’s overdoing it you need atleast 48 hours rest on the muscle you just worked out. If that makes sense.
