I try to have lots prep foods like grapes off the vine in baggies, veggies cut… Just so I can have something healthy. But if I’ve had a crap day. Ya I’m going to have a piece of chocolate or something. But I try to “enjoy it” not feel guilty. Also if Ur eating right 95% of the time.. U should have those treats. It’s not sustainable to not. And that is what I did for almost 2yrs have lost 106 lbs.. So it works. Just make it a portion size. In moderation. Always. A taste even. Then I remember why I’m doing this. For me.. For my health for my family!! Stay on track cus u have a bad day and have cheese or a cookie or a treat.. Ur not falling off track. Ur just making a choice to have a treat. And just enjoy it. Relax. Destress. And tomorrow is a new day!!
A glass of wine is more appealing than the sweet stuff. Had none in the house until our neighbour very kindly gave us 2 bottles this morning for helping clear the snow from his drive!! I’m determined to stay on track but asked my husband to hide them – just in case!
