What does everybody do with all the leftover bacon grease?
For bacon, I keep it in a mason jar and add it to things as needed.
It’s in my fridge, I used it for cooking eggs, I used it for cooking my Brussel sprouts tonight.
I keep my in the fridge. I use it to cook my eggs in, add flavor to chicken and beef dishes, and use it in place of vegetable oil in some recipes. Last forever in the fridge.
