You don’t necessarily need to cut out rice! I did some research of my own and found that brown rice in controlled portions of a max of 1 cup is only 130 calories and is very beneficial to weight loss because of its fiber content and goos carbs…it has a unique flavor that doesnt need to be seasoned (just a preference) so it makes a good base for veggie bowls and other things as well! Great filler!!!
Zucchini, squash, trying a new Keto bread recipe. A lot of people use cloud bread. I use lettuce for wraps and to help as a sandwich. For nut butters I use celery. Asparagus w streak instead of potatoes. Chips were my weakness. Having a harder time finding good replacement that satisfies but I usually do strawberries in its place
