What does your usual workout routine consist of?
ive just started three weeks ago doing boxersize, clubersize and a gym session once a week.free weights in the house and ab work out to a you tube vid. im just starting to build up fitness and feeling good xx
I’m trying to do Crossfit 4-5 times a week. It’s the only thing that challenges me. I may scale the workout to my ability but still get a very good workout and I love it!
