Ok, first the disclaimer, I’m not a dietician, doctor, trainer or anyone that resembles these people. What I ask people that are on these diets is ” how long do you plan on being on this diet”, ” what are your plans after that?” and if it fails ” what’s the backup plan?”. My best advise is eat balanced meals. With me I’m the kind of guy that can’t grind it out without some kind of reward. Enter Friday night cheat meal. I’m not saying this is good for anyone other than myself. But for ME this works better than trying to stay on some kind of diet
