On the treadmill I start at 3mph, take a couple of minutes to get up to 5 or 6. Then go to 10mph for a minute, then down to 3. Then start over again, do this for 15 mins.. If I can’t get to the gym I do 30 mins on a cycle machine I’ve got, burn about 240 calories
I usually go the gym but stuff happens and I can’t so I use my “map my walk” app and walk my dog for atleast 4 miles at a good pace if I can’t make gym
At the gym I do hour of treadmill then every other day I do upper or lower body resistance training and abs and back every day.
When summer comes back I can swim again for cardio
