Regular exercise does wonders for your mental wellbeing; from boosting your mood and your self-esteem, to improving your memory. Research is also proving that physical activity helps people who suffer from depression and anxiety.

You can eat everything you want as long as you control your portion size and daily calorie intake. Go to a nutrionist and let them make a diet program specifically created for you (for your health, with the meals you like).
And exercise. You don’t need to go to a gym, you can take long walks, dance or do yoga at home..etc Also make some little changes to move more than you do. Walk to the supermarket instead of driving, take the stairs instead of elevators, don’t get lazy to go pick up a book from the other room in your house.

Skipping breakfast and lunch or any meal of the day will not help your cause. You need to eat healthy not go on a hunger strike. It won’t help you lose weight as much as lose your youthfulness and it will make you weak.

Losing weight can be a challenge for anyone. Nevertheless, what I’d suggest is to add better items to your diet e.g. more fruits and vegetables. This should assist in limiting all of the bad things one may consume. Also, incorporate one apple 20 minutes prior to eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This helps to create that full feeling. In addition, drink more water daily; and if you can, become more active…at least 30-45 minutes per day.

Skipping breakfast is probably not a good idea. Breakfast as your first meal is what gives you energy to start your day. Skipping breakfast does not help you lose weight but it will make you gain weight. Try having a healthy breakfast and lunch.
