200ml hot water 1tsp instant coffee powder or brewed coffee then add 30 gm of butter and blend in hand blender or mixer blender to get well blended frothy coffee with a pinch of salt.( blending is must pls don’t stir with spoon ) Option: mct oil, coconut oil, ghee, stevia.
Ghee is 99.8% lactose and milk solid free. This means if you use ghee instead of butter, you almost eliminate the possibility of being impacted by lactose. However, I personally find the taste of BPC a little appalling while using ghee. I use 1-2tbsp butter, 1 tbsp fresh cream, 1 tbsp coconut oil (and 1 tbsp MCT oil on heavy workout days) plus filter coffee (not instant) and a little bit of vanilla essence.
