I have gained 60 lbs and I want to lose them ASAP. What is the best food I can eat and not feel hungry? Or best diet to follow? I want to eat less and feel fuller. My main problem is overeating. I am always hungry and I always end up eating more than what I am suppose to.

Honestly; using my fitness pal has helped me with impulse eating. Makes me look at my calories like money in the bank.

I do the Mediterranean diet. Lots of veggies, fruits, lean proteins. And you can still have carbs. Whole grain but better for you!

Meal prep! Cauliflower rice (seasoned is so good!), frozen veggie steamers, corn, and (fake as i dont eat meat) chicken strips. Super filling too. Just make sure you get enough protein throughout day to stay full.

I recommend vegetable soup. Get bunch of veggies, cook in veggie broth, and I like mine blended. Don’t add oil or meat. You can have a huge bowl of veggie soup for super low calories if you need to eat a large amount of food. Drink lots of fluid too.

Low GI foods are brown rice wholemeal bread pasta sweet potato stuff like that and protein rich is pork chicken tuna and sea food cottage cheese eggs stuff like that and fiber I get from cereals like weetbix fruit and veg.
