I have gained 60 lbs and I want to lose them ASAP. What is the best food I can eat and not feel hungry? Or best diet to follow? I want to eat less and feel fuller. My main problem is overeating. I am always hungry and I always end up eating more than what I am suppose to.
I recommend vegetable soup. Get bunch of veggies, cook in veggie broth, and I like mine blended. Don’t add oil or meat. You can have a huge bowl of veggie soup for super low calories if you need to eat a large amount of food. Drink lots of fluid too.
