From my own personal experience on the past two weeks, I have been able to loose 4kg. By eating Vegetables, Grilled meat (Preferable chicken breast), at least 3 liters of water a day, resting my body enough.

Weight loss and health is all about hormone-system.
To get/keep your hormone system running perfectly:

– Eat a vegan high carb nutrition – carbs in abundance, low fat anf low protein.
– Move your body daily (cardio sports).
– drink lots of water (at least 3 liters per day)
