This really depends where your currently at Julie, I would never put a client into a FULL Hiit class scenario if they had no fitness, the key is to find something you like first, if its dancing then dance your little legs off, watch what you eat and take it from there. On a plus side, eat some crucifirous veg like broccoli as it has something in it called indole 3 carbinol which can really help with tummy fat, Ive had great success with intermittent fasting with my clients as well. Dont overthink it all, just make small changes over the long term and you will work it out Im sure
