My friend is doing 20 or less carbs and dropping weight quick but I’m not sure how healthy it is. I’ve lost 12 lbs in my first month and I try to keep my carbs under 150

 20 net carbs. I can’t see where it’s not healthy. They are all complex carbs. Zuchinni, spinich, broccolii. And I eat when I’m hungry and till I’m full. I can’t see where keto could be bad for you. I don’t push the fats, but I eat healthy fats. I eat way healthier on keto then I ever have….0 sugars. And it’s super easy.
