Some tips to lose weight without exercises,
- Don’t have a high carb meal in the time duration, 3 hours before sleep in night
- Decrease sodium intake
- Stop eating junk food
- Now this one is created by myself, eat some salad before your heavy meals.
I would suggest following healthy rich protein diet which includes legumes; beans also include curd, leafy vegetables, gram flour. Cut down on wheat, semolina, all purpose flour while add gram flour in your diet. Fruits and salads are also helpful in diet when you are on a weight loss. As this works on a simple formula that proteins use fats to get assimilate in our body. So ultimately the extra fat will all be used.
