I was super skinny growing up. My family was always pointing out how skinny I was. As a teenager I began to rely on candy. Between sugar and carb addiction I was able to finally gain weight. I noticed the pattern. Whenever I’m going through life issues sweets and carbs were my go to foods. Now I’ve substitute working out when I feel stressed. I feel so much better after a workout instead of feeling guilty after binging on sweets. Watch triggers and staying alert.
