What is wrong with me?! I just keep blowing up! At the doctors today, i thought i was around 232 (as of November 2017 i was), i had just kept blowing up month after month with no known reason that the doctors can find. I feel like a complete peice of shit right now. I weigh 270 now. I have NEVER been this huge in my life. How the hell can it jump from 232 to 270 in 3 months???!!! Wtf. I gained MORE weight FASTER these months than before when i was still gaining weight. Wtf! I just want to get out of this doctors office right now.

I suggest getting another opinion from another doctor. Sounds like something is out of balance in your system. I assume they have run tests …done blood work…checked hormone levels..thyroid etc? No matter what…eating and giving up will not help so just know that something is causing it and you need the right medical team to help.

Maybe your thyroid or if your on birth control could be that your calories intake is too high could be you’re consuming too many carbs like breads or pasta .. also maybe you’re consuming a lot of processed foods or diet products that have a lot of hidden sugars

Do you drink any kind of liquor.. I noticed since I met my boyfriend that I have put on a lot of weight extremely fast and the only reason for this was because I started drinking with him in the evening time while we play games and just after a few months I could tell a major difference.. a lot of people don’t realize how much calories are in liquor because its not posted on the bottle.. I also started eating later at night which is not giving me enough time to burn it off before I go to bed

You should get a referral to a registered dietitian from your doctor. They should be able to help you pin point what might be going on if it’s related to diet. Some RDs take insurance as well.
