What kind of food & drinks one should consume if you have cholesterol?
Any vegan high-carb/low-fat foods, mostly from whole foods.
Lecithin. Lots of blue berries.
Low fatty foods! And do some exercise!
No nuts, reduce egg intake to 2 a week. Less avocado and use olive or coconut oil.
Reduce alcohol intake, saturated fat intake and trans fat intake. Increase the intake of plant base food that will help.
