What kind of food that got carbs…what a carbs exactly?
The likes of rice, bread, potatoes, beans, pasta..
If you are interested about your health, eat lots of carbs. Fruits, rice, potatos, pasta, grains, vegetables … all the good stuff – eat it in abundance. Go for vegan high-carb / low-protein / low-fat.
Eat lots of green veg and meat also. Eggs, tuna, sweet potato, red cabbage, avocado, fish.
Rice (and carbs in general) is allways good – no matter if you want to lose weight or not.
