FatSecret is free and I like that one so far.

My answer is A) I buy a plan like CMs that is already figured so I don’t have to measure; or b) I stopped caring about counting calls and macros and dove into being whole foods plant based.

You can adjust your macros in my fitness pal. Click more in the bottom right corner, then goals, then under nutrient goals click calorie and macronutrient goals and you can adjust by the gram for carbs, fat and protein.
