What point did you notice your performance slowing?

So I’m still brand new to keto. I’m in my second week. I feel great so far. I teach fitness and I keep hearing about your performance during workouts taking a hit while your body is adapting to this new woe. Also I know everyone is different but at what point did you notice your performance slowing?

Mine was the 1st week. I am on day 10 and almost back to normal. Maybe you skipped it!

Mine was week 3-5.5. After 5.5 weeks, I had a turn around. I added more electrolytes and about a week later I felt back to my old self again. And I had a ton of energy and was fat adapted.

Second week. It took me 6 months to become fat adapted.

Took me about four months at least, and now when I run it still takes me until the third mile or so to get into my groove!

I never had carb flu but I fasted and ate pretty low carb for 6 months before I started keto. It did take 4-5 months to get back to really being able to go hard at the gym.
