I put in spinach, 8oz almond milk (30 calories), little frozen fruit and a carrot.

1 cup of baby spinach, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 frozen unsweetened mix fruit, 1 tablespoon pb2, 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of flax seeds or steel oats, 1/2 avocado, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, along with 1 cup of water. Ice. I count calories, I don’t add all of this the same time, just giving you ideas. I try to keep my shake at 200-250 calories.

I put Greek yogurt, milk, and pb2 with mine…keeps me full till lunch.
