Yesterday mrng I woke up early to run n in de evening I used skipping rope ..Today I did run again and im drinking cucumber n lemon water ….im feeling pain de whole body ..wat must I do to lose weight fast plz help.
It is normal to feel pains in your body,as you get used to exercise you will be fine,dont go for quick fix please they back fire.
There are no short cuts dear. And please do not over exercise your body. Take one day at a time. Follow a healthy diet and keep on jogging or do fast walk . Its not gonna be easy but stay focus.
Keep doing what u doing. That’s what u must Do.
When we do exercises weak muscles wil giv us pain so it is normal keep it up don’t loose hope……
