I calorie count using my fitness pal. And it has helped a ton! Definitely drink your water and cut out any soda. I also exercise using a app called home workout it is easy to make the wrong choice in food and drinks but just watch and remind yourself you can do this!

No tricks…portion control, stay away from sugar..that alone will change a lot.

I do intermittent fasting and it helps me take control of what I eat! It means I only eat from 1p.m.-7p.m.
