Andy Weston tomorrow chin – then 30mins of 30secs on, 30 off sprints. Tuesday Thai boxing for 2 hours, Wednesday repeat Sundays session, Thursday Thai boxing. Friday rest, Saturday 4 mike run and then Thai boxing. Sunday Kettlebell tabarta training…..
