What’s more challenging? Diet or exercise?
The truth for me is diet because it is more impactful than exercise. Exercise only influences 1 aspect of your transformation what you eat influences many aspects.
Exercise, only because I work construction and when I get off work my feet hurt so badly. It’s made working out during the week impossible.
I suppose it depends on what diet and what exercise but I would assume exercise would be the answer for most people.
Used to be diet. Then it was workout. Now neither. I’ve gotten used to eating well and now if I don’t get to work out, I feel stressed and cry. Luckily we have a gym in our condo so I can go down almost daily.
Diet. I’m so hungry ALL THE TIME.
