What’s the best glute’s exercises to do at home ? I have resistance bands and some weights please help
Glute bridges, side steps, and glute kick backs, and squats. Those are the ones I cam think of at the moment
Try single leg glute bridges with you feet elevated. Use a kitchen chair or something along those lines. 10 reps a leg, alternating with no rest. Just keep switching until you can’t do another.
Skater lunges, all lunges, sumo squats, hip thrusts…
Goblet squats, sumo squats, walking lunges…. weighted and no weights…
Laying dumbbell leg curls, pulsating squats, body weight squats, jump squats…. just to name a few.
On all 4s, do kick backs and fire hydrants till failure. Stand up do step back curtsey lunges. My favs!
