he is no single “best” protein drink, only personal favourites. There are many good protein drinks on the market and many are very similar. Most people compare the protein/carb proportions to make their initial selection but often try other identical brands until they find their favourite taste/flavour.
I vote for avoiding soy based protein drinks. Whey “spikes” insulin, so I believe it is useful post workout. I agree with the carb comment, with Isopure Zero the low carb standard, but more expensive and not that great tasting. MyProtein is a bit weak. Pea protein messes with my gut. Dymatize Elite is a pretty good choice for me. If you want to go full low carb meal replacement, there is Keto Chow which is good.
