You have to loose body fat there is no one particular exercise to get a 6 pack or flat stomach only exercises to help n maintain it so you have to do cardio or hit training also weight training to get your body fat % down you have to eat super clean there are certain things that will make u bloated like salt,sodium,sugar, drink a gallon or more of water a day stay away from pop n sugary drinks so to sum it up eat clean and train dirty n i promise u those abs will come in

I’ve had 2 c-sections and since I’ve been doing heavy weight training over the last year my core has tightened up alot plus i lost alot more body fat, also planks are very good for that and of course your nutrition has to be on point
