Just finished total body tone but spent the first 5 minutes crying. I have been exercising hard since mid January and haven’t lost anything in fact when I weighed myself today I discovered I’d put on 2 pounds! I almost thought ‘what’s the point? But know that if I don’t continue nothing will change. I’ve been following a Keto diet. I suppose it might be time to change that. Very disappointed though.
Could it be muscle? It’s so hard not to focus on the scale but the main goal is to get healthy. If I focus too much on the scale I lose motivation. I try and keep my mind on getting healthy and see weight loss as a side benefit that may or may not accompany it. Health is the goal!
you may want to consider measuring portions and logging your nutrition for the first few weeks (plate pics are good for reference if you aren’t able to log at the time) there are lots of helpful apps such as myfitnesspal that make nutritional logs easy!! you may be surprised at what you find that can be tweaked to improve your results!!
