I just read through Joe Nations marathon training log (great pictures, I love ’em) and besides being VERY impressed with Joe, it got me wondering…
What do you do to get the blood pumping?

so many other choices I hadn’t thought about.
Reading JoeNations thread, although I was impressed, I have to admit I read it with a bit of horror.
All my life, I have done everything in my power to avoid running more than, let’s say 10 feet. I’m just not built for it. There’s no part of me that doesn’t scream in rebellion.
Back in the, what was it? 80’s? when everyone took up jogging, I really really tried it, made myself do it for 6 months, and was just as miserable as on day 1.
I’m more of a glider, like soz’s elliptical. Now of course, I’m all into my indoor rower.
