I’ve been eating healthier since January 1st. I cut out pop and coffee (because I was a latte fiend), and have stuck to herbal tea without milk or sweetener, and water.
I thought I was exhausted when I was drinking coffee, but it’s nothing compared to how exhausted I am now.

I just never regained any energy. I could sleep for 16 hours every day, if I had the time for it.
It’s been a month and a half for me.
