I’ve been eating healthier since January 1st. I cut out pop and coffee (because I was a latte fiend), and have stuck to herbal tea without milk or sweetener, and water.

I thought I was exhausted when I was drinking coffee, but it’s nothing compared to how exhausted I am now.

I’m exercising and eating well, and I’m so lethargic all the time. I’m making sure my meals are balanced and nutritious, so it’s not that…
I just never regained any energy. I could sleep for 16 hours every day, if I had the time for it.

It’s been a month and a half for me.

Your body is still used to to taking carbs as energy so your going to have that run down out feeling till your body becomes fat adaptive, Meaning
your body uses your fat as fuel once that happens you’ll start feeling energetic again.
