When meal prepping, how many days do you meal prep for?. I’ve heard 3 is best but then I get 7 days prep?.

I can’t eat anything in the fridge more then 3 days, so I’d say 3 for me.

I’m played out on my meal preps I’ve been doing chicken fish and turkey my problem is the lack of preparation that goes into it it’s pretty basic. I have no idea what I’m doing when comes to cooking. Don’t get me wrong everything I make is healthy but I’ve mentally locked in the fact that eating clean is for results not for flavor.

I will prep for 5 days so that covers meals for the work week (breakfast, snacks, lunch and sometimes dinner); weekends are a little more lax with healthy variation with prepping done normally on Sunday.

Both works, but the real question is do you want to prep for a few or a week. For me, it’s all about saving time, week at a time. Another thing if prep for week it’s done. Something might come up taking time to prep for second time that same week.

I make enough for 3-5 days and usually freeze 3 days worth. I’m doing a mini prep tonight. Prob 3 days worth.
