Both works, but the real question is do you want to prep for a few or a week. For me, it’s all about saving time, week at a time. Another thing if prep for week it’s done. Something might come up taking time to prep for second time that same week.
I’m played out on my meal preps I’ve been doing chicken fish and turkey my problem is the lack of preparation that goes into it it’s pretty basic. I have no idea what I’m doing when comes to cooking. Don’t get me wrong everything I make is healthy but I’ve mentally locked in the fact that eating clean is for results not for flavor.
